This website (the “Site”) is operated by Infinite Momentum Holdings L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Trade Licence 2541211.01, registered office Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the “Company”).

By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.

The Site is a corporate information resource describing the Company, its group entities and its portfolio holdings. It is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, an invitation, a solicitation, investment advice, a recommendation, or a binding engagement of any kind.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, interest or financial instrument, in the United Arab Emirates or in any other jurisdiction. No document on the Site has been reviewed, approved or licensed by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority, the Central Bank of the UAE, the Dubai Financial Services Authority, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority or any other regulator.

Statements that a portfolio company is pre-revenue and open to angel and venture capital interest are statements of factual status only. No raise amount, valuation, instrument, minimum commitment, target return or closing date is published on the Site. Any such terms are discussed privately, with eligible parties only, following registration and applicable verification.

All content on the Site — including text, marks, wordmarks, metrics, layout, design system, typography selections, video material and source code — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable UAE copyright, trademark and related rights.

You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, mirror, frame, scrape, or use any content for artificial intelligence model training or for any commercial purpose without the Company's prior written consent.

Registration details, metrics and historical statements reflect information believed to be accurate as at the “Last Updated” date and are provided in good faith without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Statements concerning intended development, market opportunity or future operations are forward-looking, are inherently uncertain, and are not a forecast, projection or guarantee of outcome. Past performance of any group entity is not indicative of future results.

PROBE OR SCAN

Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or its hosting infrastructure.

INTERFERE

Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, including by denial-of-service attempts.

IMPERSONATE

Do not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent an affiliation with the Company or any group entity.

AUTOMATED EXTRACTION

Do not use scrapers, crawlers or other automated extraction tools beyond what the Site's robots.txt permits.

CIRCUMVENT GATING

Do not circumvent any access control applied to gated entity disclosures or investor materials.

Information submitted through the Site's registration and enquiry forms must be accurate and submitted by you or with due authority. The Company may decline, verify or discontinue correspondence with any submission at its discretion, and no submission creates any obligation on the Company to proceed with any transaction or engagement.

The Site links to and relies upon third-party services, including hosting and content delivery, electronic mail routing, bot mitigation, mapping or globe rendering assets, and external websites operated by portfolio companies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, content, security or practices of any third party, and your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the United Arab Emirates, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of profit, business or data, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to AED 500 or the amount paid by you for access to the Site, whichever is greater, the Site being provided free of charge.

The Company's processing of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, issued under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Site or its subject matter are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, including where applicable the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone.

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
